Life Transitions
Change — even positive change — can feel overwhelming. Whether you're navigating a loss, a new chapter, a shift in identity, or an unexpected turn in life, transitions can stir up anxiety, grief, uncertainty, and questions about who you are now.
Transitions are deeply impactful and yet very little, if any, space is left to process what has changed and how to successfully move through all the emotions and feelings that surface.
I offer a grounded, compassionate space to help you process what’s ending, what’s emerging, and how to move forward with clarity and strength. Together, we’ll explore the emotional terrain of transition and uncover what’s asking to be healed, released, or reclaimed.
You don’t have to go through it alone.

Grief & Loss
Grief is not something to “get over” — it’s something we learn to carry, reshape, and live with. There is also no timeline around grief. It takes as long as it takes and it is something that changes us.
Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a major life change, or a loss that feels invisible to others, your pain is real and deserves care.
Non-death losses can be just as impactful — the loss of health, identity, safety, a dream, a role, or a future you imagined. These experiences are often overlooked or minimized, yet they can carry deep emotional weight. I hold space for all types of grief, knowing that loss is not limited to death alone.
Not all grief shows up as sadness. Relief, anger, frustration, resentment, confusion and many other feelings/emotions may surface relating to a loss. These are all valid and deserve room to be expressed and understood.
In our work together, there is no timeline, no pressure to move on — only space to feel, to remember, and to begin finding meaning in a changed world. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where all expressions of grief are welcome.

Trauma
Somatic Trauma Counselling
Trauma doesn’t just live in the mind — it lives in the body. Somatic-based trauma counselling helps you gently reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms and begin to release the tension, fear, or disconnection that trauma often leaves behind.
In our work together, we use body awareness, grounding, and nervous system regulation to support healing at a pace that feels safe. Key elements of this approach include:
Resourcing – connecting with inner strengths, calming memories, and supportive sensations to create a felt sense of safety.
Titration – exploring difficult emotions or memories in small, manageable pieces to avoid overwhelm.
Pendulation – gently moving between areas of distress and areas of ease in the body, helping the nervous system learn that it can shift between states and find balance again.
This approach doesn’t require you to retell or relive traumatic experiences — instead, it invites you to notice what your body is holding, and to release it slowly, with care and support.
Together, we create space for healing, one step at a time.
